Since ForexShop offers non-digital, irrevocable goods, we do NOT issue refunds once the order has been completed and the product has been downloaded from our website. As a customer, you are responsible for understanding this when purchasing an item from our website.
UNFORTUNATELY, DUE TO THE INSTANT ACCESS NATURE OF DIGITAL PRODUCTS, ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE.
However, we recognize that extraordinary circumstances may arise regarding the character of the product we provide.
Therefore, we honor requests for refunds for the following reasons:
Specific conditions that apply to a particular digital product: Some digital products may specifically provide for a full or partial refund based on a satisfaction guarantee. Please take a look at the specific policy on the product page.
Non-delivery of the product: Due to problems with your email provider, you may not receive emails from us. In this case, we recommend that you contact us. Claims for non-delivery must be filed within seven days from the date of the order. Otherwise, the product will be considered received and downloaded.
Downloading and unzipping problems: You may experience problems downloading or unzipping the product. Complaints regarding such problems must be submitted within 7 days. If you do not properly contact us within this period, you agree that we will interpret silence as a successful download of the product and have no further right to redress or refund for a “download problem” reason.
Serious Defects: Although all products are thoroughly tested before release, unexpected defects may occur. In case of any problems, please feel free to contact us. We reserve the right to correct the error or defect within 72 hours. If a defect is acknowledged and we do not correct it within 72 hours from the date of the first complaint letter or other notification from the customer, the customer will be refunded the full amount without compensation or refund. Please note that our technicians may request temporary access to your web host/VPS/Home PC in order to identify and fix potential problems with our products. Failure to grant such access in a timely manner may result in a delayed resolution of the issue. Denial of access will result in your inability to qualify for a refund.
Products that are not as described: such problems should be reported within 14 days of the date of purchase. Clear evidence must be provided that the purchased product does not match the description on the website. Complaints based only on wrong expectations or wishes of the customer will not be considered. We explicitly point out that past performance is no guarantee future results.
Please take care! The Forex market is volatile and carries substantial risks. It is not the place to put any money that you cannot afford to lose, such as retirement funds, as you can lose most or all of it very quickly.
Please note that we are not responsible for, and therefore will not honor, any refund, return or exchange requests based on the incompatibility of our products with third-party software (plug-ins, add-ons, modules, search engines, scripts, extensions, etc.), except for those specified as compatible in a description on the sales page of each product.
We do not guarantee that our products are fully compatible with third-party programs, and we do not provide support for third-party applications.
Requests for refunds will be accepted by our customer service within 14 days of the order. You should include with this request a detailed and substantiated reason as to why you are requesting a refund.
