Please send screenshots of the expert log and the journal to our support team. If we are unable to resolve the issue, we will provide a full refund.

Gift Cards

We do not offer refunds for purchased gift cards.

Fairness

We urge you to be fair. Please contact our support directly for all refund requests instead of opening a PayPal claim or case with other payment providers. If a claim or case is opened, we reserve the right to block that payment provider for future purchases.
