95% of the webshop products are delivered automatically to your email address. The remaining 5% of the products are delivered in 24-48hrs. Please make sure that you typed in your correct and working email address to the delivery field during the checkout. If you can’t find your download link, please contact us. No need to send multiple emails, we always reply in less than 24hrs.

Your download link will be sent with the automatic order confirmation email. It might be in your spam folder, so please check your spam folder before contacting us. Furthermore, you can download all purchased products in the “Download” section in your account. We recommend you to add our email address to your mailbox’s safe list to make sure order delivery emails won’t get lost in the future. If you still can’t find your download link, please contact us. No need to send multiple emails, we always reply in less than 24hrs.

Unless otherwise stated in the product description, you can use the product on unlimited live and demo accounts. There is no time restriction for this. The products work with all Forex brokers, as long as they offer a Metatrader 4 platform.

Unfortunately we cannot guarantee regular updates. If we receive updates, we will provide them free of charge. Exceptions are the updates that we have to obtain ourselves for a fee.

Unfortunately, you do not receive support from the vendor for the purchased products. But you get support from ForexShop24. However, this is limited to installation and setup. Presets files and further trading advice are excluded from support.

You can usually install all products on your home computer, laptop or VPS. If a product is marked with “VPS locked”, then it only works on a DigitalForex VPS. There are additional costs for renting the VPS.

Due to the nature of digital downloads, we do not offer refunds. This does not apply to products that do not function technically. You can find more information in our Refund Policy.
